Postcard entitled 'Herring fleet and harbour, Campbeltown'.
Valentines postcard entitled 'Herring fleet and harbour, Campbeltown' showing boats in the harbour, including 'Helen', 444CN. Serial number indicates a date of 1912.

The Loch Fyne Skiff ‘Helen’ had a keel length of 26 feet and was owned by the brothers Neil and Michael Brodie. Between 1872 and 1900, the Brodie family had interests in no fewer than 16 fishing boats.
