'Freedom III' BA 280, Girvan, 18/03/1986

Built as 'Seafire' UL260 by Herd and Mackenzie of Buckie for James Main & others, Nairn - The Lochinver Fish selling Co. Ltd, Lochinver in 1967.

Sold in 1977 to W. McPhee & others, Dundonald, and renamed 'Freedom III' BA280. Remained in the McPhee family passing to Hugh McPhee by 1992 and
then David McPhee in 2007. Still fishing 2024. At some point during this time, the boat's name was changed to 'Freedom'.
