'Pioneer' LH 334 at Port Seton, 1939.

The first boat owned by the Buchanan family, making George T. Buchanan one of the biggest boat owners in the Port Seton Fleet History.

On deck L to R: Tom (son of G T Buchanan), Archie Buchanan, George Buchanan (father of the other men). Alex Buchanan and G T Buchanan (Barrel) at the tiller.

The boat was sold on and became RO96 and TT36. Tom became skipper of the 'Scarlet Thread'.
