'Scarlet Cord II' LH367
'Scarlet Cord II' LH367, was built in 1960 by William Weatherhead & Sons Ltd, Cockenzie, for G T Buchanan of Port Seton.

Here her decks are crowded with people and the flags are flying as she acts as children's gala escort at Cockenzie Harbour. In the background is Preston Links Colliery.

During the crowning of the queen she is conveyed by fishing boat from Cockenzie Harbour to Port Seton Harbour for a grand entrance.

'Scarlet Cord II' was sold to John Connell of Amble, Northumberland and was replaced by 'Scarlet Cord III' in the Port Seton fleet.
