Newspaper cutting detailing the Fisherrow fishwives and fisherlasses walk, Musselburgh, 1946.

Text reads 'Fisherwomen have a cheery smile and greeting for the photographer as they pass in the Fishers Walk procession held in Musselburgh yesterday. A bright sun and clear sky followed the wind and rain of the morning to keep the traditional good weather of the Walk unbroken'.

Extreme right: Archie Moffat, that year's Honest Lad. To his right, Mary Aitchie, that year's Honest Lass. Both were connected to fisherfolk - and Mary Aitchie later married into the Banks family, who had 'Hebron', LH294, in the early 1940s.
