'Boston Stirling' FD247
'Boston Stirling' PD247 at Plymouth in 1980.

Built by Goole Shipbuilding & Repairing Co Ltd, Goole (Yard no: 583), for Boston Deep Sea Fisheries Ltd, as 'Boston Stirling' FD247.
She was launched 28/12/1975 and completed in June 1975.
Her length was 128ft 10in, and her beam was 31ft. Her gross tonnage was 387 tons. She was powered by a 1,700bhp Mirrlees Blackstone 4 stroke 16-cylinder diesel.
In 1983, she became 'Boston Stirling' LO336.
She sank at the entrance to Loch Broom in the Northwest of Scotland on 31st October 1986. All her crew were unscathed.
