Fishermen onboard 'Star of Hope' KY119. Cellardyke, late 1930s.

Crew left to right: Peter Boyter, Allan, J. Stevenson, Tom Corstorphine, David Corstorphine, Jock Brown.

The 'Star of Hope' was built by the Cellardyke Boatbuilding Company in 1936 for Thomas Ovenstone of St Monans, and David Corstorphine and Peter Boyter of Cellardyke.

She became BK28 in 1945 and, in the 1960s, was registered CN149 and then PD457. She continued fishing until 1977 when she was converted and later sold to Germany as a pleasure vessel.
