Port Seton early 1930's
One of the last markets to be held at Port Seton. Quite a contrast to the busy scenes of the early 1900's.

Boats are "Sma Liners", left is LH327 'Victual' aside the bigger boats. Big boats L-R are LH329 'Morning Star', LH351 'Agnes', LH373 'Orcades' and LH155 'Amaranth' laid up for winter.

The women are dividing up the day's catch of mixed white and flat fish for processing or selling.

Man facing camera is Curly Thomson harbourmaster and man with stoop walking up pier is Willie Ross skipper of 'Victual' and 'Harbour Home'.
