Towing the 'Radiation', at Fraserburgh, 1984
Billy Cowe towing the 'Radiation' AH115, from its berth in the Balaclava Basin, Fraserburgh, Summer 1984. She had lain there for eight years.

Original photograph taken by Richard Wemyss.

'Radiation' was the last Aberdeen registered long liner and was built at Smith & Hutton boatyard - the largest vessel ever built in Anstruther. After she ceased fishing the boat was in the collection of the Scottish Fisheries Museum for a time.
