'Success', KY211 on blocks in Fleetwood
Dual purpose boat 'Success', KY211 on blocks in Fleetwood, England, August 1989. Built as a seiner by Smith and Hutton of Anstruther in 1960 for skipper James Leadley of Whitby. The third 'Success' for Leadley family, to replace their Reekie-built 'Success II'.

'Success' was the first boat to operate a seine net full time from Whitby, but she was rigged for trawling in 1963. Always a top-earning boat, she was sold to Fleetwood in 1981 and sold to Mallaig in 1997.
