Wooden steam drifter 'Olive Leaf' was built by John Robertson, St Monans in 1907 for William Smith & others, Cellardyke. Crew L to R: James Smith, John Cunningham, unknown, unknown, unknown, David Tawse (Tawsie), Davie Dick, Dave Smith, Jock Murray, William Smith (Amethyst Bill). Subsequent History: 04/1915-1919 Requisitioned for Admiralty service as an anti-submarine net vessel. Pennant No. 2409. 1919 Sold to David Black, Pittenweem 1926 Sold to David Smith & George Mair, St Monance, Re-named 'Casimir' ML42 11/11/1931 Sank following a collision with drifter 'Reclaim' close to the Smith's Knoll light vessel. Crew rescued by 'Reclaim'. ANSFM : 1977.328
