86ft, steel hulled steam drifter 'Kilmany' KY304 entering Anstruther harbour, 1908.

Built in 1908 by the Montrose Shipbuilding Company for John Gardner & others, Cellardyke, the 'Kilmany' served in World War I 1915-1919. Admiralty Service No.2464 as an anti-submarine net vessel then passed to Martin Gardner in 1920.

In 1924 she was sold to George Nicol & others, Gardenstown, Registered BF1. In 1938 she was broken up.

In the background is 'Vanguard III' KY693, also owned by the Gardner family.
