Description
The Peterhead seine Netter Milwood PD266, leaving Aberdeen. Milwood PD266 (Yard No: 409) was built by John Lewis & Sons Ltd at their Torry yard, in 1980. She was a steel motor vessel with a length of 22.06m, a beam of 6.31m and a depth of 2.19m and was 48grt. As built she was fitted with a 600bhp Klockner-Humboldt-Deutz SBA12M816U diesel. Her first owners were G. Campbell, Findochty & The Don Fishing Co Ltd of Aberdeen. 1988, she was owned by John Watt of Buckie & The Don Fishing Co Ltd of Aberdeen. She then became Artemis BCK163. In 1989, she was owned by Graham West of Fraserburgh & the Don Fishing Co Ltd of Aberdeen. She then became Carisanne FR312. In 1991, she was owned by William Wiseman of Fraserburgh & the Don Fishing Co Ltd of Aberdeen. She then became Cassandra FR312. In 1996, she was sold to James McPherson of Hopeman. She then became Moray Way INS367. In 1998, she was sold to John Campbell of Peterhead & Peter & J Johnstone Ltd of Peterhead. She then became Moray Way PD966. In 1999, she was sold to James Long of Annalong, County Down, Northern Ireland. She was then became Morning Star N385. She was scrapped in 2004.
