Postcard entitled 'Isle of Islay - The Pier and Lighthouse: Port Charlotte'. CN130 on right. The wooden boats werte mostly built locally by Gilbert Clark. The man on the rocks is Gilbert Carmichael with his two children. This photograph is believed to date from around 1975. Boats are no longer kept on the beach at Port Charlotte.
