'Fame' CN118 beached for spring cleaning. Dalintober, Cambeltown.
The Loch Fyne Skiff ‘Fame’ CN118 beached and propped up on ‘legs’ at Dalintober for her annual spring clean, c 1930. The hull has been scraped and is being repainted.

She was owned and skippered by Duncan Martin, and her crew consisted of five of his sons. She was built in 1901 by Daniel Fyfe, Tarbert, as was her neighbour-boat, ‘Renown’ CN107, owned and skippered by Duncan’s brother John.
