Description
Anstruther harbour packed with steam drifters and motor ring-netters, c 1935. The boats include 'Prime', TT27, skippered by Dugald McAlpine and 'Thistle', FR297, skippered by Lawrence Buchan. 'Prime' was an East Coast fifie type, built by W. Wood, Lossiemouth, in 1919, and acquired by Dugald McAlpine in 1926.
